The one behind Recursive Records
It all started with a passion. Johnny was passionate about vinyls in his 20s and had a massive collection of vinyls record from all genres
Johnny decided to start sharing his passion with other. He started to sell some of his vinyls a flea markets to turn his passion into his profession
The money earned at the flea markets was being used to rent a location at 123, New North Road Hainault. With the help of his friends and family Johnny worked on the shop design on weekends. Recursive Records was born.
With a shared passion about music and art, Dianna, the wife of Johnny started to customise albums covers to help customers find unique albums they can be proud of.
With the introduction of digital platforms for music, less and less customers started to visit the shop. What remains was only the true passionate about the art of vinyl records and the true music lovers.
Recursive Records started to focus their niche but introducing a Meet and Exchange event. A community arise from those meet ups are is atill going strong and driven by a common passion.
